Claudia Flower Esq. is a former immigration prosecutor who has practiced immigration and nationality law for over 16 years. She brings this unique experience and perspective to the task of resolving her clients' problems.

Ms. Flower obtained her Law Degree from the University of South Carolina at Columbia, SC. She is currently a member of the DC and South Carolina Bar.

From 1996 until 2003 she worked in the United States Department of Justice, having been admitted to the Attorney General's Honors Program. She worked as an Assistant Chief Counsel in Miami, Florida as well as the lead attorney of the IRP program in the State of Florida for the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service. While working as a prosecutor for the Department of Justice she received many awards among which a Special Achievement Award in 2002. Due to her expertise gained in the field, she taught Immigration and Nationality law at the Federal Law Enforcement Academy in Glencoe, GA. From 2003 to 2005 Ms. Flower continued her work as a prosecutor for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the Washington D.C. Field Office.

The firm opened its office in Alexandria, Virginia in 2005. Since then, attorney Claudia Flower advocates vigorously and creatively on behalf of individuals and corporations, and anyone with any issue relating to the immigration and nationality laws of the United States. She is fluent in several foreign languages among which Spanish, French. She personally attends each and every client in the language of their choosing. Her work has literally changed lives.
